Do I need to make repairs before selling?
No. You can request an offer for the vehicle as-is. Mention repairs already started, known problems, and recent changes in condition so we have accurate information.
What information should I send?

The VIN is optional for the initial request.
Does requesting an offer commit me to selling?
No. Asking for an offer does not obligate you to accept. We coordinate pickup after you agree to sell and the necessary details are confirmed.
Ownership and Documents
Do I need a title to sell my junk car in Texas?
A title in your name is preferred. If the physical title is missing, a paid-off vehicle registered in your name in Texas and free of liens may qualify in some cases. Tell us what documents you have so Junk Car Buyers-R-Us can confirm requirements before scheduling pickup.
Can I sell a vehicle that still has a loan?
The vehicle needs to be paid off and free of liens before we complete the purchase. Contact your lender to confirm the payoff and title-release requirements.
What documents should I have ready at pickup?
Have your photo ID and the ownership documents we confirmed before scheduling. Keep available keys ready, remove personal belongings, and arrange any required property or facility release permission.
Payment and Pickup
When and how will I get paid?
You receive cash payment at pickup after the vehicle and paperwork are verified and the sale is completed, before the vehicle is towed away.
Is towing included in the purchase?
Yes. Towing is included when we buy your vehicle. You do not need to drive it to us or arrange separate transportation.

In many cases, yes. Confirm that the property or facility permits the vehicle’s release. Tell us about gates, parking rules, available hours, or outstanding charges before scheduling.
What if the vehicle has flat tires or missing keys?
Let us know beforehand. Describe whether the vehicle rolls and steers, along with anything else that could affect loading. We confirm the available pickup options based on those details.
Is same-day pickup available?
Same-day pickup may be possible depending on location, access, weather, and driver availability. We confirm an available pickup time before scheduling.
